Portions for 1 serving:
2 slices of smoked salmon
1 avocado
1 tomato
1/4 cucumber
1oz fresh goat cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsam vinegar
1/8 tsp iodized salt
Whole-grain bread with a dash of olive oil
Place all ingredients on a plate. Prepare the vinaigrette separately and pour over the ingredients.
Pour a few drops of olive oil on a slice of bread and spread with a small knife.
